Rules & Terms of Service

In order to protect the experience and safety of people who use our WhatsApp Groups and other services, there are some limitations on the type of content and behaviour that we allow. These limitations are set forth in the terms below.

SECTION A: TERMS OF USE

  1. Our services are not directed to children, and you may not use our services if you are under the age of 18. You must also be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data in your country.
  2. You represent and warrant that you have right to enter into this Agreement and assign and grant the rights set forth herein, and that any Content which is provided by you hereunder is original work made solely by you and does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights.
  3. You may, in your sole discretion, discontinue your participation in the Hoe Story WhatsApp Groups at any time. Our permission to use any of your already submitted content (Pictures, Stories, Audio and Video Clips) continues after termination of your membership.
  4. You MUST NOT copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content unless you have our permission to do so and you will not use the Services for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited in any of these Term.
  5. You must not engage in platform manipulation. We define platform manipulation as engaging in aggressive, or deceptive activity with intent to mislead and/or disrupt the users experience. Platform manipulation can take many forms and our rules are intended to address a wide range of prohibited behavior. This includes but not limited to; registering multiple accounts just to participate in a discount promo, cloning our WhatsApp Group; inducing our members to join another WhatsApp group claiming its better or; being part of any rival group. We will consider a group rival if 51% of its members are or were members of any of our whatsapp group.
  6. You will not use the Services in a way that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Services.
  7. You will not encourage or promote any activity that violates any of these Terms (Now known or later announced).
  8. Failure to engage in any Convo for Two Weeks or more in the Premium & VVIP SPECIAL Group will make us consider you inactive & remove you from the Group, unless ofcourse you informed any of the admins prior to being inactive or purchase our inactivity card.
  9. All individuals accessing or using our services must adhere to the policies set forth in these Rules. Anybody who violates any of these rules may be permanently removed or penalized without warning and may result in HoeStoryHub or any of its Administrators taking one or more of the following enforcement actions: (a) Remove you from the Groups. (b) Ban you from doing certain things in the group. (c) Block you from accessing any of our services. (d) Enforce a fine on you which must be paid to continue using our service. (e) Hand you over to the police or federal authorities if you commit any crime that will endanger our services.

SECTION B: GROUP RULES 

  1. You must not post any form of advert / promotion. Also, you must not promote any business, service or activity that is deceptive, unfair, predatory; involving drug paraphernalia, firearms and weapons including Ammunition; Investment or “get rich quick” businesses or programs; Multi-Level Marketing Businesses; Psychics and “occult” businesses, etc.
  2. Nude DICK Images, stickers, GIFs or videos are prohibited. DICK PRINTS are allowed. Sex-tapes, pictures or video including both parties but showing the guy’s dick are allowed.
  3. Downloaded PORN, FAKE NUDES & PICTURES: Only your Sex Tape Pictures & Videos are allowed. You may not download, use or post any body’s nude picture or video as your own. We only allow original contents in our group and any nude picture you share must be your own.
  4. SHOW OFF, SELF-HYPE, SELF–PROMOTION and FLAUNTING OF RICHES are NOT allowed. (Directly or Indirectly).
  5. UNNECESSARY IMAGES OR VIDEOS, Live Snap / Record of what you’re doing, eating, cooking, putting on or going to are prohibited but Funny Videos, Pictures and Memes are allowed.
  6. EXTERNAL LINKS are NOT allowed unless it is in relation to a Topic in the Group. For example, a link to a trending music that is of public interest, an Article, Reference or Books.
  7. THIRD PARTY HOOKUP: You may not, for any reason refer, recommend, pimp, linkup or solicit hookup for your friends with members of our group. This includes but not limited to connecting your friends with girls in our group for hookup, connecting our girls with other guys that is not in our Group for hookup.
  8. You will not post content that contains graphic violence, threats, hate speech, or incitements to violence.
  9. IMPERSONATION: You may not use other people’s picture as your own or impersonate individuals in a manner that is intended to or does mislead, confuse, or deceive others. This includes but not limited to pretending to be who you are not to gain entry into any of our group. Impersonation is a serious violation of our rule.
  10. Deleting, Retracting or Revoking Messages are allowed only if you posted a content or information in the Group by Mistake. You are in control of what you share but to prevent abuse, we prohibit deliberate deletion or retraction of your messages in order to avoid getting removed.
  11. SHARING OF CONTACT INFORMATION OR SOCIAL MEDIA USERNAMES in the group is prohibited. You may not publish or post other people’s private information (such as home phone number and address). We also prohibit threatening to expose private information or incentivizing others to do so.
  12. BROADCAST MESSAGES, SPAMMING & VOICE NOTES are NOT allowed in the Groups. Posting of links, GIFs, Stickers or Images repeatedly will be considered spamming and may get you removed from the Group.
  13. SLIDING INTO DMs are allowed but when it crosses the line into abuse, you’ll be removed you from the Group. These includes but not limited to:
    • Checking the group list for members and sliding into their DMs within a short period of time.
    • DMing new members immediately or less than 24 hours after they were added.
    • DMing members only after they post nudes or pictures without contributing to topics in the group.
    • Sliding into another member’s DM with the sole purpose of insulting or riling them up.
  14. Saving Multiple Phone Numbers of Group Members without their permission is prohibited. This is to prevent guys from randomly saving numbers of girls in the group and messaging the members even after they’ve left the group. What constitutes “SPAMMING” will evolve as we respond to new reports, tricks & tactics from defaulters.
  15. Soliciting HookUps in exchange for Cash with the Group Members are NOT allowed EXCEPT for ladies that paid to join the Group.  Membership is FREE for new ladies EXCEPT those going in to do business.   16. FINANCIAL SCAM / FRAUD: Obtaining money from Group members using scam tactics is prohibited. You are not allowed to post in the group or send private Direct Messages requesting for money, donation or other fraudulent reasons.
  17. STEALING / SWINDLING: Visiting a group member and stealing his or her property; Obtaining money from any Group Member using deceptive method and not rendering the service which you collected the money for is a violation of this policy. For example; collecting money for transport fare from a member and not showing up or giving flimsy unrelated excuses.
  18. HATEFUL CONDUCT / ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR: YOU CAN DISAGREE WITH SOMEONE without using an ABUSIVE / OFFENSIVE WORD. Therefore, you MUST NOT insult ANYBODY in the group nor refer to any Lady in the Group as a SLUT or HOE for any reason whatsoever. If you’re having a clash with anybody, do bring it to the notice of the ADMIN. If he/she is wrong, They’ll be cautioned privately or at worst case, removed from the Group. WE TOLERATE NO DISRESPECT.
  19. BLACKMAIL / REVENGE PORN / NON CONSENSUAL NUDITY: Sharing explicit sexual images or videos of someone online without their consent is a severe violation of their privacy and our rules. It is sometimes referred to as revenge porn, this poses serious safety and security risks for people affected and can lead to physical, emotional, and financial hardship. This includes but not limited to: (a) hidden camera content featuring nudity, partial nudity, and/or sexual acts without their consent; (b) posting someone’s nude picture or video online without their consent. (c) threatening and requesting a bounty or financial reward in order not to release their intimate images or videos.
  20. RAPE & CHILD PORN / SEXUAL EXPLOITATION: This is one of the most serious violations of our Group Rules. We have a zero-tolerance child porn / sexual exploitation policy. This includes any material that features or promotes child pornography or sexual exploitation involving minors. A minor is any person under the age of 18. Any content that depicts or promotes child sexual exploitation is a violation of this policy.  Any content that depicts violence, whether real or simulated, in association with sexual acts is also a violation of this policy. This includes, but not limited to: (a) sexualized violence, media or contents (images, stickers, GIFs, videos, commentaries) promoting rape and other forms of violent sexual assault, or sexual acts that occur without the consent of participants, including a simulated lack of consent; (b) Images, stickers, GIFs, videos, commentaries, illustrated, computer-generated or other forms of realistic depictions of a human child naked, in a sexually explicit context, or engaging in sexually explicit acts; (c) sexualized commentaries about or directed at a known or unknown minor; and (d) expressing a desire to rape, sharing fantasies about rape, promoting engagement in rape or child sexual exploitation; (d) sending sexually explicit media to a child, engaging or trying to engage a child in a sexually explicit conversation; and (e) trying to obtain sexually explicit media from a child or trying to engage a child in sexual activity  through blackmail or other incentives.
  21. YOU MUST NOT post a Screenshot of your conversation with any of the Group Members for any reason NEITHER MUST YOU post private conversations with members or reveal the identities of any members of the Group to anybody for any reason. What happens in vegas, stays in vegas. Defaulters will be removed and Blocked from all our Social Media Platform.

Section C: Insubordination Policy

Respect for Admins:

  1. Show Respect: All members must treat admins with respect. No rude or disrespectful comments will be tolerated.
  2. Follow Instructions: When an admin gives an instruction, it should be followed promptly. If you disagree, discuss it politely.
  3. No Personal Attacks: Personal attacks against admins are strictly prohibited.
  4. Consequences: Members who are insubordinate may face temporary or permanent removal from the group.
  5. Reporting Issues: If you have an issue with an admin, report it privately to another admin for resolution.

Our Services evolve constantly. As such, the Services may change from time to time, at our discretion. Hoe Story Hub may, in its sole discretion, at any time (permanently or temporarily), terminate or discontinue any of it’s service, discontinue your participation, or remove your Content without prior notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that all such decisions by Hoe Story Hub are final and Hoe Story Hub will have no liability with respect to such decisions.

ENFORCEMENT:

  • Our enforcement action varies depending on the severity of the offence. In some cases of serious violation, we may remove the offender and everyone connected to the offender to avoid such from repeating in the future. As the saying goes, birds of the same feather, flock together.
  • The fine for violating our rules ranges from N10,000 to N50,000 depending on the severity of the policy violated. If you wish to appeal to be added back you may have to pay the fine in not more than 3 days from when you got removed. After 3 days, your current group membership will automatically end. If you wish to join the group again in future, you may have to pay the fine plus the normal entry fee.
  • If you repeatedly violate our rules, HoeStoryHub or any of it’s administrators may enforce a penalty fine of any amount on you which must be paid to continue using our service. When you get blocked, the fine to get unblocked is N20,000. Currently, there is no way to appeal for a reduction in the fine.
  • While some violations / removals are temporal and fine worthy, repeat or certain type of violations may result in permanent removal / BAN from our WhatsApp Groups & platforms or high fine rates which will be determined by the decision of the ADMIN.
  • If you leave the group willingly, that’s a GOODBYE to us except on special occasions where you might want to take a break and inform us before leaving. During your break period, your membership will be paused until you are ready to join back. IF YOU WISH TO BE ADDED BACK LATER AFTER LEAVING, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE NORMAL FEE TO JOIN THE GROUP BACK.
