Consumer Refund Policy

Consumer Refund Policy

Important: All voluntary payments are non-refundable, including membership fees and other charges. We only issue partial/full refunds for erroneous payments. 

Cancellation and refund policies differ according to the payment term. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Product Refund Policy:

HoeStoryHub offers a refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your product purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Refund and Exchange Eligibility:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Item must not be a perishable product, such as health or personal care items.

Exchange / Replacement:

We only replace items if they are not defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (hello@hoestoryhub.org).

Partial refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

  • If the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

  • If the item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Delayed, lost or damaged items:

We take care in providing our services. However, circumstances may impact the successful delivery of your product. In some cases, you may be entitled to compensation if your product is lost, missing, or damaged in transit. Here’s how we can help:

  • Contact us and present the lost, missing, or damaged item.

  • Provide supporting documentation as requested.

  • We will contact the courier used to send your package.

  • If we confirm your claim, we will notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your HoeStoryHub E-Wallet.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your hoestoryhub.org or your hoestoryhub.com account wallet.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (hello@hoestoryhub.org and or +2348137374888)

Shipping:

  • Do not send the product back to the manufacturer. We will provide a shipping address.

  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

  • Delivery time for exchanged products may vary based on your location.

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


Monthly Subscription Refund Policy:

Upon cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges for upcoming months will be cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund, but your subscription access and benefits will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.

Annual Subscription Refund Policy:

Upon cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges for upcoming years will be cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.

Cancellation and Refund Exceptions:

If you believe we made a mistake and your situation warrants an exception, review our refund policy and submit your account for review. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we provide a refund or credit, we are not obligated to issue the same or similar refund in the future. All approved refund requests will be credited to your account’s E-Wallet.
